• We welcome 2 pets per apartment home.
• There is a $500 non-refundable pet fee for the first pet, and $100 non-refundable free for the second pet.
• Pet rent is $20 per month.
• There is a 100lb. weight limit per pet and aggressive breeds are prohibited.
